The Sanctuary Resort Pattaya, BW Signature Collection, Pattaya

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Khun Post, who went above and beyond to assist us. While I enjoyed the lovely room amenities and the happy hour cocktails, there were some significant issues with cleanliness and room availability that should be addressed. Overall, it's a decent place but not without its drawbacks.
